Responsibilities:

• Assembles and test electric motor and generator starters, armatures and rotors.
• Inspects core defects and align lamination using hammer and drift
• Files burrs from core slots using hand fill portable power file, and scraper
• Line slots with sheet insulation and inserts coils into slots
• Cut strips, and bends wire leads of cils using pliers and wire scrapers
• Twist leads together connect housing clearance, grounds and short circuits, using clearance gauge, growler, spring steam blade
• telephone receiver, insulation tester and resistance bridge.
• Winds new coils on armature starters and rotors of used motors and generators and rewinds defective coils

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma in any field.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in General Work (Housekeeper, Driver, Dispatch, Messenger, etc) or equivalent. Job role in Others or equivalent.
