Responsibilities:

• As a Superintendent, Project Manager, Project Engineer, Construction Manager, or equivalent position with emphasis on multi family and sigle family housing, educational facility, and high end retail store interior work.
• Ability to formulate, maintain, coordinate and implement quality objectives for on site and off site work with construction manager and architect.
• Prepare construction schedule by means of CPM, PRIMAVERA or other computer generated software.
• Schedule and conduct coordination meeting with mechanical, electrical and all other related trades, take leadership and achieve consensus among them for common goal.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
• At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
