Job Responsibilities

• Heavy equipment mechanics repair and maintain heavy machineries used in construction project and other similar activities.
• They are highly trained to work safely and assure that they can protect themselves from injury.
• Repair and maintenance of the heavy machineries such as bulldozers, cranes, graders and other heavy construction equipment using hand and power tools.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in every equipments using computerize and other testing paraphernalia.
• Test repaired equipments to ensure proper performance when used.
• Perform proper maintenance of the equipments; clean and lubricate
• Train new workers in performing equipment inspection, repair and preventive maintenance.
• Inventory and order fuels and other supplies.
• Perform other related jobs

Hiring Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Knowledge in safety usage of hand and power operated tools in repairing and maintaining motor vehicles and engines.
• Knowledge with the use of testing and tuning equipments.
• Can follow and explain instructions to other workers clearly.
• Knows how to assemble body, frame, engines, and major driveline of the equipments.
• Can analyze mechanical, electrical and hydraulic malfunctions.
• Ability to train lower-level workers in mechanical repair techniques.
• Knowledge in using fleet maintenance management software to enter repair information.
• Knows which work needs priority and then assign it to other workers.
• Can work individually or as part of the team.
• The job requires both Male and Female applicants.
• Minimum of 5 years working experience is required for this position.
• Experience and knowledge to all different Heavy Equipment Vehicles.
• Applicants must be between 25 to 45 years old.
