how long really the processing time will be for guam.is there really vacancies there?does the agency allowed to charge the applicant to pay for the courier and handling fees of the documents to be sent to the employer(kuno)? or this is just another kind of stealing in disguise.i think hard copy is not necessary yet because there is an internet that is most efficient way of sending applicant's profile to the employer.I call it back ward system.3k for every 50 civil engrs. means 150k. wow talagang maligaya ang pasko!!!
